Well, I've been bulking for the past 3-4 weeks, and have gained 10 pounds. I kind of chilled out on eating so much for awhile and leveled off at this 10 pound gain. I'm starting to eat a crapload again and I'm getting at least 180g of protein per day. My starting weight was 165 lbs, and now I'm up to 175. My goal is to get up to 185-190lbs by August, and then cut for 3 weeks. I don't have any trouble getting all of my protein in. However, I'm finding it tough to figure out what to eat. I'm trying to get in around 4000 calories a day but anything I eat that has a lot of calories, is usually rich in a lot of fats. Are there any things to eat that would be high in calories but lower in fat that you guys could recommend? Also, could you guys suggest some websites as well that would help me get a better diet. I find myself getting meals at MacDonalds to help me stack on another 1000 calories and 30-35g of protein, but I know that's not the right way to go about it. Thanks for all of your help!
