bulking and cuttnig

For the workout part of bulking and cutting is bulking doing heavier weights with less reps and cutting is higher reps with less weight?
 
Bulking = calorie surplus high weights low reps
Cutting = Calorie deficit ( not sure about if your supposed to do low weights high reps , i'm guessing yes )
 
While there can be differences in routine, there don't need to be. Bulking and cutting is defined by diet, not routine. Some may change what they do or the sets and reps, but (and I'm making an assumption on your goals here) you probably want to be lifting relatively heavy either way.
 
I havnt started cutting yet, dont think i will for 6 months or so, i dont need to yet its my first proper bulk really, when i first started gym i didnt do anything with diet which isnt the way to see optimal results!
