bulking and cardio

i'm trying to cut bodyfat dramatically as well as bulk up a few more pounds i'm currently doing 3 nights per week cardio 30 mins and 2 nights heavy compound lift based training, short exausting sets. I'm dieting like i'm bulking eating alot of protien, carbs and minimal fats all the way up until 1 hour before bed. can this work? what are your critisizms? will all the cardio eliminate muscle gain? my biceps and triceps dont seem to have grown much recently, just seem to be getting incredibly hard. what are your thoughts?

for "cutting" ease up on the carbs and don't eat anything within 3 hours of going to bed. The aerobic work will help you burn calories while you're working out, but you'd be better off spending more time in the weight room. You'll put on more muscle which equals higher metabolism and more fat burn. You'll also burn more calories after the workout is over.

Yes, too much aerobic work can slow lean muscle growth.
