Bulking advice/guidance

Hey I've been doing lots and lots of reading on these forums on bulking up and I've decided to get my act together now realising I've got the ability to make changes to my diet which I didn't really have control over before due to living at home.

The problem I have is money...... I have around £30 a week to live off (Student) whilst I'm living in London. I'm willing to sacrifice a lot of things to help as I know the benefits will be better but does anyone have a plan to bulking on a budget..? if it is at all possible.

(hopefully this is in the right place as i haven't been on this forum for a number of years)

Thanks

Al

Bread is cheap. Skim milk powder is cheap. Groceries from the butchers and fruit+veg stores are relatively cheap, compared to buying fast food.

Pre-cook meals (eg every other day, when you make your dinner, make enough to have left-overs throughout the next couple days) that have plenty of protein, nutrients and total calories, and store them properly so that they're still good to eat for a couple days. Drink plenty of milk throughout the day. Make sandwiches with curried egg or salad and meat for lunch. Homemade and fresh is best.

Hey thanks for the reply managed to get some good ideas, i also checkout out my local store and its not too bad the only problem is eggs are quite expensive so if i wanted to incorporate that into my diet is there a substitution atall? I dont really know or if I'd need to add it to my diet. Heres my rough bulking diet, let me know what you think and ideas and stuff would be great. Thanks
