Bulk or cut, what ya think?

Hey

Eventually want a body like this one and heres some pics of how i am now. Should i bulk up and hit the weights with a bit of running or run loads and do abit of running or what? Ne advice??

Yeah, don't eat like mad. A few months ago I was bulking at 3000 kcals, and now I'm doing it at about 2800 kcals. I'm gaining almost as much if not the same amount of muscle but much less fat. Even if there is a difference in muscle build, it is certainly justified by the time I'll save from the cut at the other end.

Plus I hate the fat.
