I have a awkward bulge (like an alien trying to pop out
) in my upper abs when I do crunches. It's not painful nor is it apparent when I'm standing but when I'm crunching, doing tricep pull downs and a few other exercises it really shows.
Is this due to improper form or just the way my abs react? It just doesn't look right
