Hello i just recently lost alot of wieght and i got a flabby stomach with still some fat on it. I wanna get a six pack but im not sure how i can burn off that extra fat and turn it into a six pack. I can feel the muscle on my stomach but there is too much fat covering my stomach. Oh and how do i lose those stupid love handles. I know people say just wait keep it up and your body will eventually eat its fat but other then that what can i do to help?
Umm i am 5'9 and wieght 165 lbs is that normal wieght for my hight? Or do i need to lose more wieght then start working on my stomach?
