Building Serious Mass

whats up. my name is cody and im 17. now ive been weight training for 2 years and just recently i changed my routine entirely to bodyweight cals and cardio for wrestling. i also had to watch my fat and carb intake due to making weight for tourneys. but by the end of febuary wrestling will be over for the year. this gives me 4-5 months to hit the weights again before schools out. where i live the only gym is at the school which means i can only workout during our school week, which is only 4 days mon-thu. i weigh around 198 lbs and stand 6 ft tall. my main goal is to start building mass back from the calisthenics. now i admit it i got sucked in by matt furey and the whole bodyweight wave and hey my endurance went up and i lost weight. but i recently tested myself on all my fav lifts and couldnt lift nearly as much as before. but like i said i want mass (to eventually chisel down). i know i need to eat lots of proteins, carbs and fats. and i do cardio 30-45 mins on a treadmill with all my ab exercises fri,sat and sun (my weekend) plus i do stretches every single day. so the whole point of this is i seriously need help from people that know what their doing. i need a four-day-straight mass workout, that i can test for 4 to 8 weeks. also i have a friend of mine at school with the same goal and we can workout together each day of. oh and we only have an hour and a half each day. so i know its a long thread but please help.
