Today's activity.....
Well, after last night's gym-adventure (30 minutes on T-mill, spin-class, 1 mile in the pool)...I was pretty much unable to find sleep until 3am, and even then it was like a train-wreck. I cancelled with Roz and promised myself to hit it later.
Food as follows...
80-cal low-fat yogurt
210-cal Zonebar
Spicy Tuna salad
Caterpillar roll
210-cal Zonebar (juicing-up for workout)
1.25 hours of cranking on the weights, upper-body
Large salad w/minimal dressing, garbanzo & kidney beans, 4 ounces skinless breast chicken, 2/3-cup brown rice.
4 ounce non-fat frozen yogurt
100 ca's of dark chocolate
Projected calories in: 2,350
Exercise: 540
Observations....something is weird: normally I look in the mirror and can't see too much of a difference.....but now I can actually see it, it's like my body is sorta going through an anti-plateau deal and I'm leaning-out a bit. The center divide in my abs is deepening a bit and I can feel more quickly the tight muscle under the skin. My face seems to have made a jump in leanicity (I make the word up)...and I see more lines/cut in my arms.
Controversial news: I'm set to visit my nutritionist this Friday....time to weigh-in, measure-in and get my body-fat% taken. It's been about 4-5 weeks and since last seeing him I've been working-out HARD and really watching my diet. I feel pretty good, I'm looking good and I'm getting compliments. WHO WANTS TO BET THAT DAMN SCALE IS GONNA TELL ME I'VE DONE NOTHING?
I'm preemptively upset at that thing...why won't it grant me the numbers? How can I continue to lose girth & fat and yet it hovers at 232-pounds? We'll see......
