Hi everyone! I am new to this forum and am really excited to be here after reading thru several threads. I am just embarking on a weight loss journey and wanted a place to get tips and some support! So, about me. I am 31 years old, married and the mommy of 2. I have always had to struggle to stay thin and within the past year I have let myself go and gained a bunch of weight. I am absolutely miserable and really depressed b/c I know my weight gain is impacting my attitude and of course my marriage. I have been having bouts of bad anxiety and that is making things even worse. I have been hiding my feelings from everyone so think things are hunky dorey but on the inside I am sad and stressed. I decided today I am not going to live like this anymore. I went to the store bought all healthy food and planned out my meals. Does anyone have any advice to get me over this hump of the first couple of days of dieting?
