Damm it, eat 5 biscuits Monday, Ran route B as football cancelled, no way getting 500 press ups and sit ups done this week!! to be refined one thinks! Bad end to thw week, 40th birthday party to attend, drunk, eat a load of crap, not happy...still managed to burn of a few pounds tho which I guess is a success..

Really bad start to the week, no exercise till Wednesday but eating pretty well so far.

Turned into a really bad week, still ill, kids playing up, work problems. usual excuses as to why I couldnt exercise.

Sunday managed a cardio work out in the morning and will do a run tonight, football back on Monday so should kick start the week off
