This is the begining...
I'm 120kg/265lb at the moment. My target weight is 95kg/210lb.
I've been off to the doc and she says I'm reasonably fit for the weight I'm carrying but life would be a lot better if I wasn't carrying extra weight...
So this morning I went and joined my local gym. I'm hoping getting active will help
The hardest thing will be regulating my meals... as it is I haven't eaten yet today. This happens most days... And from what I've read this won't be doing my metabolism any good. So hopefully better eating habits and regular exercise will lead to a better me
