Bren's Fitness Journey

Better now, but having some issues with my blood pressure now.
Back down to 154lbs. Hoping to lose 2 more pounds soon. Then I will have lost 60lbs overall.
 
60lbs is amazing!!!!!! My blood pressure has been great since I've lost weight. It always tended to be a bit high before.
 
Hey Bren, well done! I just read your diary, you're amazing :)
That's so much weight to lose, you must be feeling on top of the world!
 
Thanks Jess. Yes, I feel pretty good. I'm very close to my goal weight, and it's nice not to have to carry around those extra pounds. I'm also feeling much better about myself in general. I'm more likely to get my hair cut and highlighted, to shop for clothes that make me look good, to just get out and about and socialize. it's nice, and thank you for the compliments on my acheivement so far.
 
Down 64 pounds over all this morning, and getting closer to my goal.
I've been walking for about 30 minutes a day on the treadmill, and doing a 60 minute workout routine on my Wii Fit Balance board, and doing a 20 minute Wii Zumba routine too. I'm also still doing 3 nights a week at Curves too. This close to goal, and it's getting really hard to lose now, so I have had to up my exercise and lower my daily calories.
 
You really are doing amazingly well, Congrats.
I also am starting to take much more care of my hair and clothes than I did when I was fatter. It didn't seem worth making the effort before as I looked awful whatever I did but now I love to dress up.
 
I'm down by 65 pounds now. I just signed up for 6 sessions with a personal trainer and start the first one in the morning.
 
Down 70 lbs now. Still going to the gym and still exercising at home. Can't wait til spring!
Almost to my goal. :hurray:
