What is the proper way to breath when performing crunches or Situps? Should one breath in/out on the way up/down?
Breathe out as you move in toward your center, in away... So, inhale, pull your navel into your spine, exhale into the crunch, inhale on the way down.
breathing in weightlifting derives from Pilates and Yoga? I had no idea Pilates, Yoga and weight training had contact that far back..
