I would wait until you are for sure done having children though. No matter how the implants are done, they can sometimes interfere with breastfeeding. Even if you don't nurse the next child, the pregnancy will cause your breasts to change again, and your milk will come in. So if you get implants now and have another child in a year or so, you will need to have the implants replaced after. Plus, the breast tissue is thinner due to pregnancy and lactation already, implants thin the tissue out more, add another pregnancy and another surgery and you have tissue paper over plastic. Pamela Anderson nursed both of her boys for quite a while, then had to have her implants taken out, had her breasts lifted and then had new implants put in. Even if you aren't (hopefully) planning on going that big, those are issues to consider. Unfortunately not all doctors understand lactation enough to give full disclosure on this subject.
