Often! It's just not something we can reasonably do right now. I work long shifts and we go away for weekends quite frequently so wouldn't be fair on it, but I'm more than happy to dog sit for my in laws every once in a while!Ever thought about getting your own dog?

I never keep anything up. I started a bullet journal this year. Lasted a week.
I started couch to 5k. Made it into week 2.
So I'm back but with reservations.
I don't believe I can keep it up.
But who knows, I might just surprise myself.
So here goes nothing.
I'm tracking on MFP. This I have done in the past successfully to an extent. I'm also taking on board a lot of slimming world concepts, such as replacing elements on my meal with vegetables. Snacking on 'free' or 'superfree' foods.
And I've restarted c25k!
So here we go! Again!
Good for you getting back on track! I know how hard it is. I lost 6pounds in the fall and then went completely off track. Now I've been back on track for two months and lost the 5 of the 6 pounds I regained. Good luck!!I'm back.
