Breaking the habit of a lifetime!

Progress is progress. Sometimes I look back ten years and wonder why I´m not fatter than I am.
 
Breakfast: frosties (not my choice haha husband made me breakfast in bed before work!)
Second breakfast: overnight oats with banana
Lunch: veggie sausages tomatoes and mushrooms
OR
Lentil soup
Will depend on my mood.
 
Ugh yesterday was awwwwful. No second break at work so had shocking food. I had frosties, over night oats, two slices of toast and a homemade quirk curry. Not enough to sustain a busy day and too many carbs for weight loss! Today has been better.

Small frosties, wholemeal bagel and overnight oats, 10 cal jelly, quirk curry leftovers. Oh and a banana in my oats! Two whole portions of fruit and veg today. Go me haha
