Breaking The Barrier

Ok I'm the avereage highschool sophomore, 15 y/o, in marching band, play spring football, and wrestles, but I need help.

Ok i'm 182 pounds 5'8 and I need help benchpressing, I recently started up weight lifting intensely to help me with wrestling, but no matter what I do I cannot break 240 pounds, is there something I can do??
 
What is you diet like? You need to be eating in a surplus of your daily requirement in order to build mass.
 
u could try switching up ur routine some. instead of just benching. try doing military presses and some close grip bench press.
 
agreed with ghs09, variation variation... Come sing along. It's important to target every major muscle with different exercises. Don't you ge bored too? :)
