Thanks for checking me out.

This is my own-up-to-my-actions-iry. I've struggled with my weight for a long time and its time to get it and my life together to reach some goals. I've gained weight due to *insert excuse* and unfortunately had to stop excercising due to *insert excuse*. I've started working out again and am committing to working out 5 times a week.


Today is day #1 and I currently weigh 178 pounds at 5'7".


I jogged on the treadmill for 35 minutes.
