Break Between Workouts

Hi,
I aim to workout 3 times a week. on one of the workouts where there is only a one day gap between sessions, my muscles feel sore. I think this is from DOMS.

would you recomend working out on that day or waiting until the doms go away?

You should give your muscles a minimum of 48 hours of rest before they are worked again.

Mine get a 5 days rest in between just because of the intense nature of my training.
