Brazilian's Diary

Nice Brazilian! It seems like your food choices have gotten a lot better. How is your weight coming along? Are you feeling better from all the exercise?

Thank you Chelsea! They have improved a bit. I'm not sure if I've lost any weight yet (haven't checked, not sure why) I probably should. As I feel like I haven't had any real weight loss :banghead: a couple people (2) have said I look like I've lost some weight but I'm not sure. I guess I'll have to keep at it.

DAY 17 7/20/2011

- 1/2 chicken cobb salad from panera
- half a bowl of cornflakes
- chicken burrito bol from chipotle (no sour cream)

50 minutes of exercise

I love when other people notice your weight loss. I am down 23 pounds and no one has said anything to me, so I'd be running to weigh myself if I was you :p.

To your question of what I ate the other day... the better question is what didn't i eat lol. I still have bronchitis.. been 2 weeks now so it was a day I just felt like crap. It went well utill I had dinner and fell asleep for a few hours and woke up starving.. the hubby was running short on time before going to work that night and offered to get food sooooooo...
I ate dinner twice. At least it was good. And maybe it was just what I needed.. I was stuck at the same weight for 1-2 weeks and now I am down to new low.

That's great Solty! I do hope you feel better :( And I applaud you for being able to keep up w/ your weight loss efforts while suffering with bronchitis! I might pick up a scale. We don't have one haven't for a few years. I guess I should do that soon! Is your weight loss noticeable to you?

DAY 18 7/21/2011

Worked out for 48 minutes again! :hurray:

Food for the day:

- 1 hashbrown from mcdonalds
- Tried the frozen strawberry lemonade, did not like it a few sips in.
- 1 Subway foot long w/ chicken breast, american cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, olives, onions, a little bit of mustard, vinegar, and spices

I do not see a difference when i look in the mirror. I am still wearing the same pants.. I can take them off without undoing the buttons and put both arms in them but the damn things still stay on lol. I have a 16 that I had grew out of on my way up the scale, but they rub and are to tight for my liking so I am stuck in these for now. I refuse to buy a pair of pants to wear for 2 weeks or whatever and just throw them away. I took a picture a week in also and then again 2 months in and there is a tiny difference.

I would def buy a scale. I have the weight watchers digital scale that measures your body fat and water weight. Its not 100% accurate of course but its still nice to watch those numbers drop with your weight.

And steer clear of the strawberry lemonade, Check! Thats good because I got a BOGO coupon and was going to try that with the hubby :p

Sorry to hear your not feeling well, it sucks! I am starting to get better after 3 weeks of non stop coughing and all the other ickies that come with bronchitis.

Have you weighed yourself yet?!?! I like weighing everyday, but I only track it every 1-2 weeks. Doing it everyday lets me see how my body reacts to exercise, eating certain foods, when I don't drink enough water etc.. Its interesting and helps keep me on track because I hate seeing those numbers go up.
