I love eating at Red Robin. Today I took my sister there for a special lunch- just the 2 of us. I got the Whiskey River BBQ chicken wrap: spinach wrap with BBQ grilled chicken, lettuce, tortilla strips,cheddar cheese, whiskey river sauce, and a touch of ranch. 380 calories, 10 grams of fat!!!! It is officially my favorite "out to eat" meal. I didn't eat any of my fries-cuz I'm a good girl. Just for the fun of it I decided to calculate what the calories were for the meal that I've gotten at Red Robin 1000 times:
Whiskey river BBQ burger with onion straws- 1129 calories, 69 fat
2 orders of steak fries (at least because they were bottomless): 390 each, 17fat
Sprite: 110 calories a cup- probably had 3 cups.
That meal adds up to 2,239 calories,103 grams of fat. And that doesn't include the half appetizer of onion rings I got sometimes. And to add on even more- i ate other things in that day. That was just supper. And sometimes I'd eat more fries. No wonder I got fat.
I have gone 13 days without a cheat meal. I don't want to cheat! I'm happy eating healthy. I have lost 12 pounds. Gone down a pants size. My arms are getting good sized muscles on them. I'm doing damn well! My outlook on food has completely changed.

So needless to say, I'm not craving greasy fast foods,meats, or fried food from my work anymore. Every time I see them, I get really disgusted. I think that will be a plus for me! lol.

!!!...That's a Crapload of calories!!! I'm sure I ham some meals up like that too without even knowing.....I think the main problem here is that, not that we are eating it, but that.....WE ARE EATING IT ALL!
