) Pre-planning workouts, and preparing healthy meals that are easy to grab and go, keeps you in control, and becomes very easy. It may seem a little time consuming at first, but once you get it down... ain't no thang!

Brandy-I know I just had a slump this week and hormones were all wacked out and I was a mess but I did make myself appointments/plans to pull myself out and it worked. Keep on keepin on and doing your best effort. Take care!!
You didnt log your exercise(here I mean)....what did ya end up doing, i went and suffered through boot camp as always, lol.When I am there I wonder what the hell Im doing to myself...LOL.
I hear ya, my ticker is set for me to get to 199, in wonderland cuz i know i will be happy when i get there at least satisfied and from there \i will continue to work on it.
I want to hit that point in my journey where I am happy with myself- just trying to make it perfect.
