Good Morning! Tomorrow is weigh in for me to update my ticker. I don't think I'll have lost more then 1 pound this week, but its something. 205.4 this morning. Same as the last 3 days. I had a nice and healthy breakfast today.
3 egg whites
1.5 oz of American cheese
1 tbsp ketchup
1.25 cups of 2% milk
10 green seedless grapes.
423 calories, 20 fat, 29 carbs, 32 protein.
I'm full, have plenty of nutrients from this meal, and I am on my way to having a wonderful day. A few things I could have done to make my meal healthier: probably left out the cheese, and the milk. But I got plenty of calcium, and I really don't like eggs without cheese. I am very satisfied with my choices. A glass of milk with breakfast usually helps me stay full. There are a lot of veggies and fruit in the house. I think my family is trying to eat "healthier". There is lots of carrots and celery with Ranch dip that I could have. And I will probably have that as a "lunch". Because I didn't eat "breakfast" until 11:45am. I'm reading my "hollywood body" book, and I'm trying to get myself motivated to exercise today. But the good thing is that my food is pretty much completely in control. Its taken me about 1 1/2 years to get it right, but I did it. The exercise has been an on/off thing for me. Right now I'm in an off spell. I hope to end it soon though. On vacation I will have plenty of exercise. Well, my plan for today is still up in the air. Veggies and fruit for a snack in 1 or 2 hours. Exercise of some kind today is needed. I'll update with what I did later on.
I've had problems in the past with keeping up with fitday, but I'm really going to try this time. Obviously the weeks that I'm on vacation will not be logged, but maybe I can keep track and enter them when I get back. I don't know. I'm trying it.
