I am having a great day. I am very conscious of everything that I am eating and drinking.
Breakfast: 3/4 cup of cheerios, 1/2 cup of 1% milk
Lunch: 1/2 Tuna sandwich and 1 pickle.
I am up to these:: 310 calories, 6.75 g of fat, 862 mg sodium, 42.5 carbs, and 21 g of protein.
I have no idea what I want for dinner. I am going to go eat some grapes to get my calories up (and to pleasure my taste buds! lol) since they have no sodium or anything else. NO IDEA what I am having for dinner. I need to think about that.
