I eat when my brain starts thinking about food, not when my stomach starts growling. I call it "brain hungry". And my throat gets hungry to swallow something. It happens every 2 hours. I must learn to wait 4 hrs to eat again. I must use self talk and chew sugarless gum when I get brain hungry....then I will be under self control and lose more weight. Instead of saying to myself "I am not hungry" I should say "I am full, too full to eat anything". Use positive affirmations instead of saying anything negative. This is my good idea. Does anyone else get "brain hungry"?
