boy boobs

hi, i started training to be in good shape 'cause i wanna be a fire fighter, and i said to myself while being at it, why not work out a little
and my biggest problem now is that i have boy boobs, and need to know what is the best exercice i can make to make them go away

Hey, I've done a bit of reading up on that myself and it depends whether or not you have Gynecomastia (male breast tissue which 1 in 3 of us have) or just body fat that has stored behind your chest.

Ignore everything that mentions spot training; trying to lose fat from one particular area of the body as this is does not work! I recommend doing cardio work so that you burn fat, which will be all over your body not just your chest area, so it wont lose your chest shape straight away. Also incline bench presses will shape your 'upper' chest and hopefully diminish the appearance of the lower chest. At the home you can do press ups with your feet on a higher platform such as a chair.

Hope some of that is useful, there isnt much information out there that doesnt suggest anything but surgery. Good luck!
 
I suggest trying to lose fat first, perhaps with a healthy diet.. If that doesn't work, try looking into liquidex or nolvadex (prescribed of coarse), if that doesn't work the next step is surgery.


And that's a pretty bad photochop..
 
i dont have Gynecomastia, its just body fat
so youre suggesting to do cardio work to burn fat
i started doing 30 mins of stationnary bike going at 90+ RPM with a decent amount of resistance, ive been doing that for a little more then 2 months now and i still weight the same as i used to 2 months ago :confused:

i need some advices, and now that you know that i dont have the Gynecomastia thing, can you tell me a good way to burn my boy boobs fat heh ?

I'm 15 and last school year i had "boy boobs" if you want to call them that. I started bench pressing in sets of 10, 8, 6, and doing flies and stuff to work my chest. Now thier gone. Push-ups are also very great. Hope it works.

Yeah I screwed up that last summer when I would go running right before dinner and then eat everything till I was full and realized that I wass't making any progress:D

I defenetly agree with mriek - Get on a good diet and start to do cardio.
 
im already doing cardio with my stationary bike, and i also watch what i eat
so please, is anybody gonna tell me what exercices i should do with all that ?
