boxing..

Well, intensity has alot to do with it. But I would venture to say that if you are really boxing training and then going home and do an intense hour of lifting - yes. But that doesn't mean that lifting can't be a part of your boxing training.

List out what it looks like so we have an idea what we are talking about.

i do about 10 minutes on the heavy bag with rest inbetween, then some shadow boxing for about 10 minutes then i hit the speed bad for a few..and once in a while ill do some light sparring..then ill come home and lift weights...

well this week im lifting every day..but i usually only lift on monday wednesday and friday.. im eating 5-6 meals a day..lots of protein and carbs..

It's probably not overtraining as long as you don't work out every day every week. And if you're already exhausted when you start lifting, that might not be so great.
