"Boxing" in a pool

so me and my friend were swimming yesterday and we decided to try throwing punches and kicks underwater. anyone ever tried this? what are YOUR thoughts on this? Yes YOU!
 
Simply, yes!

Water aerobics is fantastic for core strength/stability and is also a good form of cardio.

Not all that great if you are trying to bulk, if you do to much of it!

None the less, its a good choice!
 
this is a very wierd trend

me and my brother did the exact same thing 2 days ago

we were trying to be all cool blocking eachother's slow motion kicks; then pushing off the wall and going for an axe kick to the stomach.

it is quite fun since is it generally hard to get hurt.

it wasnt so much of a workout but it was really fun and funny

ps. dont throw kicks to the groin underwater
