bowflex women

Do any women here like to workout on a bowflex? I own one and love it. I can't say if the resistance is exact, but it definitely provides results. Here's a picture of my shoulder. I don't worry about bulking up, because I know it'll never happen to me. My frame is too small. I'm just looking for definition and no jiggles.

Bowflex

Hi,
I have had my bowflex for about four years, but haven't really used it for the last 3 years (i am a huge procrastinator) :(

Can you give me any advice on getting started again? I am about 5 foot 10 and weight 168 lbs. ...really need to firm up my stomach...sure would appreciate your input (also need help getting motivated other than the mirror!)

Thanx,

Judy

We just sold ours. It's a solid machine, built better than most home machines. When we bought it, we were looking for versatility in the amount of space it took up.

However, I am more of a dumbells and barbells kind of girl, and I prefer compound movements that it just doesn't supply. But, it has it's good points.

Just Do it!

The best advice I can give is to Just Do IT. It will empower you. It doesn't take long to build muscles in your arms, and once they begin to show, you'll feel great. You'll feel sexy and bold too. Give it 2 solid weeks and see what happens.

Would anyone have a treadclimber I aim having trouble with one of my belts it keeps moving to one side Help Thanks:newangel:

Bowflex

I love my Bowflex..I have the Bowflex Extreme 2 and I love the upper body results...I do not care for the foot straps, so I do not do lower body work other than leg curls. Most of my lower body work is done on my Yukon Butt-thigh Shaper and I mainly use it for glute presses....and my elliptical gives me a pretty good lower body workout as well....

Love all my equipment!
