Bowflex verses Soloflex

I have a Bowflex and my best friend has a soloflex and there is a exercise she does on her soloflex called Donkey Press. Can you do this same exercise on a bowflex and if so how??

Donkey Press

The Donkey press is nothing more than calf raises. You can do that on a Bowflex.

Don't do too much 'Soloflex', or you'll go blind. Get a training partner instead, you'll have more fun that way.
