Bootcamp workout?

It is july 13 and I am getting married in two months. I have been so busy with the wedding I started neglecting my workouts for about two months now. I also bought a house which didn't help, but I've decided even if it means I collapse from lack of sleep, I gotta be in remotely good shape for the wedding.

I am 180lbs (I went from 270 to 165 way back and now am up about 30% muscle 70% fat from 3 years ago) and 6ft tall, but not much muscle. I would like to get leaner for the wedding as fat looks bad when you have a bit of extra skin.

Can someone reccomend a lifting regimen, as I was not getting much results from mine. I dont expect anyone to write up a whole spreadsheet but does anyone have any sort of a bootcamp type lifting regiment to go along with cardio to help me get a little lean that they have used in the past?

Believe me, I know im not going to change completely in two months, I know more than anyone being fit takes time, dedication, diet, but I am just asking the experts for their input on how they would handle it.

Also comments on cardio reccomendations are welcome as well. Today starts workout hell, even if there is still wallpaper to take down, painting to be done, and invitations to print.

Really there are so many things you could do and it really depends on what exercises you like doing as well?
Get yourself doing some sprints eg. 4 lots of 4 x 30m and then 4 lots of 4 x 50m.
Squat Jumps, the explosion part will really help your power and to decrease fat.
Push-ups, Sit-ups, Planks, If you've got a medicine ball, hold it and raise it into the air above your head until exhaustion...
Pick some things you energy and do it and push yourself, try and do it about 3 times per week...
