So far so good?
Justagirl, I can totally relate to eating healthy at work and going home and eating an entire package of biscuits or crisps (I am American but I love responding to you so I have an excuse to say biscuits and crisps!) I truly love your idea of accepting moderate alcohol intake for now and using that as my secret weapon when I hit the dreaded plateau around 175 lbs. I have never heard of weight watchers wine, how intriguing!
Jennifer, you know I think it would really help both my husband and I to have small, preportioned snacks that we could grab and not think twice about. Thank you!
mmm.. baked Lays.. those are so fantastic, I don't know if I could have them in the house without eating the whole bag, as is my custom. Those are the only chips I can finish an ENTIRE bag in one sitting! Wow I can't believe I just admitted that, I can't believe how "fat" it sounds.
jen_renee, I am literally in shock over the fact that someone else has crushed up saltine crackers and poured milk over them. Though with me it's more like I have a little milk in a bowl and I would crunch up 2 or 3 crackers at a time and eat them. So they stay crunchy. So delicious!
Yesterday I did about 20 minutes of cardio on a rowing-type machine and holy cow can I feel it in my shoulders today. I have to say I think it's good to be on this forum looking around and reading up on people because I had a lot more mindless cravings yesterday when I stayed away from the forums. I was really good about not giving in to them, but it is such an addiction, in a way I never realized until I seriously decided to change it.
I broke the 210 barrier yesterday and stand this morning at 208.2. I need to celebrate these small victories, as ridiculous as it feels to be happy about still weighing over 200 pounds. 9 more pounds and I can kiss the 200s goodbye.
I also looked around eBay last night for size-small dresses. Clothes look so much better on thin people.

They should definitely be celebrated... Congrats!
