bodyweight workouts

you think this would be okay for a teen . 13 - 14 . already had growth spurt - 5' 8'' . 148 lbs.

-pushups ( over 200 most likely )
-crunches ( same as pushups )
-pullups ( 50 - 100 )
-TOTAL BODY WORKS 5000 - ( as many exercises on that as possible till im tired out ) . takes maybe. one hour . hahaha i dunno
- run for about 30 - 1 hr
- jumprope ( 15 min - 30 min )
-drink a lot of water .

doing this every day except maybe on a busy day . so about . 5 - 7 days a week . is that any good to make my muscles cut .( have muscle already) . to make my muscles leaner than it is so it looks like my body is longg. get rid of the some gut . on my stomach.

Those are fantastic numbers... And, it is fine to do those things every day. Just be careful of your joints and tendons dude.

If you wanna get rid of fat, the the key will be burning fat up. Eat 6-8 HEALTHY meals per day. your running should be 45 minutes or more and should get your heart rate around 60-80% of max (your max is ~205).

Keep up the most excellent work,
Rip

okay forget that lol. i tried the machine i ws working on and im pretty much tired after that . ( more than 45 exercises ) . and the pushups ill do about 50 - 100 . crunches are part of the machine but ill do about 50 - 100 more. and yup.

- does it matter if you run for about 10 seconds and run back and forth for 10 seconds each because the place that i can run at night is that small.

That (running back and forth every 10 seconds) sounds like an invitation to ankle, knee and hip injury. Try skipping rope for longer instead of running if your space is that small.

You may want to look into a basic boxing routine for the jump rope. 3 min - 1 min rest - repeat. Go for speed and accuracy.

Actually, bodyweight or iron weight...our body needs a rest.
This is true. However, my brother was in the infantry and did ~400 pushups, 60 pull-ups, and 300 situps every day for 2 years. On top of that, he also ran from 5 to 15 miles every day (sometimes with a 60lb. ruck sack on his back and dressed in BDU's with boots). He was in FANTASTIC shape and stripped his body fat down to ~7%.

He also set a pushup record in his batallion by doing 124 push-ups in 2 minutes.

:)

Incase you haven't figured it out, he makes me proud!

gratz with your bro... Anywayz... I think that all muscles need time to recover from a good workout... But thats just my 2 pennies... Also for losing fat, do cardio, but make sure you get enough protein so you dont lose muscle... Correct me someone if I am giving bad advice... Im not an expert at this and I might be mistaken...
