Bodyfat dropped from 40-37% !

I have been at 40% for as long as I can remember and this morning it was down to 37%!
I know its not much and I still have a hell of a way to go, but its a small boost for me!.
Im still 245 though :confused:
I feel better and the excersise is having positive effects to my blood presure too!

Anyway to get under 20% would be my goal but its way off yet.

Congratulations mate, once the ball starts rolling it all picks up momentum.

1-2% BF per week, 10-20 weeks :)

I bet you get to 15% quicker than from 15 down to 10. Lifes a sod like that.

I have a set of tanita scales at home, I know there not perfect but they do seem consistant i.e the 40% for ages before I started working out:D
 
Congrats! Are you keeping a weekly success log? It helped a friend of mine to track his weight loss. Whenever he would be discouraged he looked at the chart and remembered the actual progress he made.
