my frein is going on holiday next week,and he wants to pack on as much muscle as he can ,while losing as much fat as he can,can you help:azzangel:

I think thats a bit short notice for gaining muscle and losing fat :)

He would need a good few months to see some changes.

Supposed some people can lose many pounds in just one week tho, but gaining muscle aswell, in a week, is more or less impossible. Meaning you wont see any difference.

Six packs made of fibre? What rubbish

What actually happens is the Citric Acid from the OJ is absobed through your intestines and disolves all the fat on your abs so that all that's left is muscle :D

Its a good alround bike to go to the steroid shop on.


Hey I have a question. Am I wasting calories in my poop? When I poop shall I eat it and get all that poopy goodness back and therefore im not flushing valuable protein down the toilet. Please post quick I NEED TO KNOW!
 
I've been training for a month now and haven't made any progress, I'm doing a FBW 3x a week and eating 2,000 calories a day. I'm tempted to try creatine but I'm worried about the 'rage'

My FBW

DB bicepts curls
BB bicepts curls
Seated bicepts curls
Reverse bicepts curls
Preacher bicepts curls
Hammer bicepts curls

Bench Press
DB chest press
Incline bench press
Decilne bench press

I have all major muscle groups covered here so why aren't I huge yet?

p.s. I don't need to work my legs 'coz they get enough work from walking around all day

ahh i see your problem, you are not looking in the mirror enough.when you look in the mirror you can get the mind muscle connection better,and dont forget to grunt real loud this releases testosterone by the bucket full.

Because you haven't used the squat rack for all those curls.

Squat Rack + Curls = Huge
 
What about weighted push ups...your triceps wont ever get HYOOOGE without those!
