I have had the bodybugg now for about 2 months, and absolutely love it! It really shows you what gets you burning calories and what doesn't. I have tested it on all the cardio machines at the gym and was surprised by the results.
I also realized that cleaning my house and working in the yard is great for caloric burn !!!
The website, if done correctly, shows you exactly what your burn is compared to your calorie intake. My goal is a deficit of 750 calories a day, and seeing it in my face really holds me accountable. If it's 7pm and I still need to burn 200 calories, I start doing jumping jacks while watching TV.
I have lost 12 pounds - exercise, watching my food intake, and watching my bodybugg!!
