body type

Anyone got a site or info on how to make your body the way you want it? My buddy wants to be strong but not look it. Lol i dunno how that makes sense but thats his deal. Im guessing he wants to look like those olympic lifters can anyone tell me like whats the basic set up. Is it 12 sets of 3 reps or more endurance wise? or something else just help me out here.
 
well you'd need to strat by joining a gym.

if you cant afford it, then you gotta find some1 that knows what there doing to show you how do do it safely. its not the sort of thing you can learn over the internet.
 
We got the gym thing covered. heh, I think u can learn it over night right? Just what types of lifting builds your strength alot but doesnt really bulk u?
