i have been doing Body Pump,,,,weight training to music....for the past month and half.....and i find its very rewarding....I have found that im burning away my unwanted body fat around my stomach not that it was alot anyway...but enough to notice abit on my clothes..and my arms legs shoulders..and back muscles have become more defined....I recomend this to any1 its getting that busy here at my local gym we have to book well in advance for it....Go on try it if you have local classes.........PS. its also GREAT for fellas to.....more and more men our joining our local sessions.
