I seem to have hit a point in my body fat reduction that is going to take a lot of work to get through. I am currently at 17.2% I have been there for about a month now. What should I do to get past this point and continue cutting. I am 162 lbs and I weight train about 5-6 days a week. I do intense cardio for about 20 minutes on maybe 3 of those days (usually HIIT training). My diet is also pretty diciplined. I eat about 2200 calories a day. Mostly from carbs though. What should I do?
Also....where does 17.2% body fat range on the "good" scale. Is that really good? or just average for most weightlifters? How far do I need to go to get "great" definition?
