Body Fat Percentage...

Hey guys, I'm at around 22% body fat and most of it is obviously from drinking too much guiness this last summer. What's a good way to isolate burning fat in mostly my midsection, if it's even possible to isolate.

im no expert, so i would get more opinions than just mine. but i dont think its possible, atleast no effective way to do it.
if you want to burn fat you should simply do cardio exersices :)
atleast thats what i hear
 
its true, we cant spot reduce or decide where we want the fat to come off at. strength training, cardio and a good meal plan along with dedication, persistance, patience, etc is what it takes

for the hell of it, i could also throw in dont run with scissors, look both ways before crossing the street, etc :D :D

Like abear said, can't spot reduce fat, 80% of your success is your nutrition rather than exercise, get your nutrition going first, and then focus on your workouts... Plus your body has a natural way of storing fat, and a natural way of getting rid of fat... so if you see fat lose on yoru chest, legs, but not your stomach, don't get discouraged... once your body takes what fat it can from those sites, then there's only one place left.... the midsection :D

But I only use the plastic scissors with the round tips.. is that okay to run with? :p

nope, sorry. recent research on males 18-45 has shown that running and falling on plastic scissors can leave a mark thus derailing efforts to look like brad pitt

ongoing studies are in process to determine if the same will hold true for older men ;)
