ok think I will post another one, since I am new here I got a few questions lol.
I am 32 years old, 6 feet and 180 pounds, I have always worked out and stayed in shape and have eaten pretty healthy. At work everyone is having a contest on body fat, I was surprised to see that I have 20% body fat. I thought I would be lower, I do have a lot of muscle, how does one figure out his ideal body fat. I have seen a lot of these body calculators on websites but they seem to be talking about the average person and then go on to mention that body fat is different for people who are into weight lifting and sports. And besides that though I am muscleur I am not cut, which leads to me thinking that perhaps I should be working more on body fat loss... ideas? Suggestions?
Thanks everyone
