Body Fat at 19 down from 29

YAY I have finally accomplished one goal in my effort to become healthier and leaner and meaner. I have reduced my body fat percentage 10%. I feel great!! Here is the next goal to reduce the 19 to an acceptable 12-15% Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am after body fat percentage not so much weight loss. I am 6' 5" and weigh 197 I don't want to get any lighter than 190. I am currently doing HIIT six days a week and weight training on two of those days alternating between upper body and lower body. I have another question my abs seem to be getting stronger does running do anything for that? I have not been working my abs as hard as other parts of my body, but they seem to be getting stronger before I could only feel them when I flexed them, but now they are rock hard to the touch without flexing them. Anyhow any suggestions on that last 5-6% of body fat would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

By the way Azn Dragon your advice is not welcome so go F*** yourself you loser!!
