Body Building Physics.

I was told today that when body building, you should be consistent on mass gain for about 6 weeks, then take 2-3 weeks and switch it up. Perhaps do more cardio, sit-ups, push-ups, and other endurance/tone builders. Then, go back to the 6 week thing.

I was if you don't take these 2-3 week breaks, you will hit a pinacle of mass building and will not be able to increase at a good speed.





.......anyone else heard something like this before?
 
No, i just heard you need to change your exercise routine every month to keep growing
