In just a short amount of time you can see a VERY noticeable change from your first pics to your last one.

This took a lot of guts for me to do... so please please please... no mean comments or making fun of me. I know I still have quite a long way to go. The first picture is in June when I weighed in at a whopping 285 and wore a tight size 26. The last is in August... weighing in at 246ish and comfortably wearing a size 20. I still have a very long way to go...but this is where I am so far
