Bloody Typical!!

Since my wedding four months ago and two holidays in between I thought it is about time I got back into training and shed some fat and tone up a bit.

It all started well yesterday with eating the right things. I then went to play an hour of football and lasted five minutes because I turned on my ankle and have badly sprained it. I am unable to do any running for 3/4 weeks!!!

I suppose one I can walk better in a few days I can begin weight training and with the diet I should still shed a little body fat?
