Just started day 1... for certain! I'm eating a list of foods that are made for my blood type and just did flowMotion basics from Kettlenetics.
Has anyone ever tried the Blood Type Diet? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
And Kettlenetics is a great workout system! It looks easy but WOW! I never sweat and needless to say, and quite gross, but I'm actually sweating and out of breath! Haha
