Day 17 - What is your favourite treat meal?[/b]

Whipped cream. :x Is it a meal lol?


Day 18 - What food is your weakness?[/b]

Uhm whipped cream ahahaha! I had another tough day today, as I was fighting against my cravings again :')


Day 19 - When is your favourite body part to work on? Why?[/b]

When? Whatttt :D I dunno if this means exercising or what, but I'll just say that my problem areas are my thighs and arms. They've tightened pretty nicely already, but I'll continue on losing inches from these areas.:)

PS. I so wanna go out and dance to Pitbull's Hey Baby! I know, weird huh? And on Wednesday, lol. Gotta wait 9 more days til I finally have a day off on a weekend.
 
Hahaha oh blackie you made me laugh with your choice of whipped cream for fave meal:) I love it with hot chocolate and marshmellows which totally remind me of chriiiiiiiistmas time:) xx

Lol is that possible? XD I love everything about it! Obv it's even better if it's served with something good or mixed with something. Like back in the day when I used to melt chocolate and mix it with whipped cream to make mousse. Yum? Cream is like the best invention ever........

Ahah, I guess it really tells something about me. Lately it's like the only thing I think about. :D If I'm hungry or bored, I really wanna whip up come cream and eat it while watching The Young And The Restless, lolllll! Gosh I'm so lame.

I guess Whipped cream would be good if you freeze it a bit. I don't like to admit it, but one time I ate a whole tub of frozen whipped cream. >_>
 
I'm ashamed to admit that I'm soo addicted to that series...... HAVE to see every episode! How sad is that....... lol!
I've actually tried that too, ahah. :D It's gooood! Especially if you add some jogurt, then you've got yourself some jogurt ice cream! Yummy! :)

Well uhh, I sort of don't do stuff like that....... But umm, lifting boxes of french fries that weigh like 30lbs+? :D :D

Hmm well, nowadays I don't really need it cos I basically know which foods have an ok amount of carbs and so on. But I used to check this Finnish carb site a lot! And obv I get super advice & support from this forum!! :) ?


Day 22 - Quick! What are the 5 things you like best about yourself?
Omg. Um. My eye color. My hair. My body type. My nails. People have always told me I have pretty nails, so I've started to believe them! One more...... Hey, my personality. Lol I just realised these don't have to be stuff about my appearance. Gosh ain't I superficial lolll!


Day 23 - Did the media play a role in your wanting to lose weight?[/b]

Oh well, I guess so. But it's subconscious


Day 24 - When did you first notice your hard work paying off?[/b]

After I lost 10lbs, I was super happy already and noticed this SO works, and is worth the effort! Though I don't feel like I'm on a diet, this feels just like a lifestyle.


Day 25- When you reach your goals, what do you plan on doing to maintain your results?
Just keep it up. :) I think this is something I wanna stick to even after I've lost the total of 50lbs or whatever my final goal is going to be. I just might increase my carb intake a bit, so I won't continue losing weight!
 
Had another good day at work today, all the people I like were there. :) PS. Princess, you were so right about my co-worker problem: now I get along with everyone! I have some issues with one of them, but it's not like we wouldn't be able to work together. I guess our personalities just don't match, and that's fine. Can't be best friends with everyone. :) Alsoooo, I kinda browsed a few websites and wasn't able to buy a few things.... you guessed it, another set of makeup.... I'm so pathetic. I have a feeling I won't be able to resist the temptation to buy some new clothes, but I try to control myself, lol!


Lol I LOVE all quiz sort of things! I'm addicted to them and have answered to like hundreds of them all in all, haha! Soo, let's continue. ;)

Day 26 - What excites you most about reaching your goals?[/b]

Uh well just reaching them in general? Feels good that I'm that much closer to my final goal. :)


Day 27 - How do you stay on track in tempting situations? (e.g. BBQs, Birthday parties, out with friends, etc.)[/b]

Fine, I haven't had that much temptations really. Besides, it's ok to cheat a bit sometimes! Like someone's said that low carb people can once a week have a day off their diet. I've done that like maybe five times since April, so basically once a month. I wanna see results ASAP so I've got a high motivation to stick to the foods I can eat as much as I want.:)
 
Day 28 - Have you had any setbacks you’ve had to overcome? How did you do it?[/b]

The weightloss stops at times, it just sticks to a certain number for weeks! Annoyingggg. Can't really do anything special, it goes away by itself. Sometimes I've tried to cut back on my carb intake (max 20g a day), but though it has helped, it's not worth it I think. P: Eating just 20grams a day is hard and a boring diet! Really feels like dieting, too. It's nicer to just stick to your normal diet and wait for the weight to begin decreasing again!


Day 29 - Your definition of beauty.[/b]

Cliché, but it comes from within. I felt bad about myself back in the day when I used to weigh 155lbs, in February or so. After I gained the 20lbs I found myself wanting to weigh 155lbs. You really do appreciate things after you've lost them! So that being said I feel great now, have loads more confidence and feel prettier. I'm still trying to reach my final goal, but atm I think I won't have to be 130lbs to feel fab. :)

Annoyingggg, my weight's stuck at 155lbs! I haven't lost any in like 2 months... I haven't changed a thing about my diet, it just won't budge! Of course it's a good thing it hasn't gone up either, but come on, two months!!! I might try to eat less carbs, but it's a bit difficult now that I'm working, hmm. Otherwise everything's goooood! Had a gab day at work today, absolutely a great one. :) Yesterday wasn't as good, got a bit hurt about something a co-worker said.. But it's good now, I'll just ignore her. P: She won't be at work tomorrow, so I'm expecting to enjoy it! Plusss I've given myself a permission to go to a bar tomorrow, too! What a great day it'll be, I hope. x
