Soooo, yeah everything's been great, I've lost some weight (I was at 156lbs yesterday) but I think it's slowing down a bit, grr! I feel so much better about my body too, I've actually started wearing short shirts with jeans again, as I'm more comfortable with my thigs (they're about 22½inches yaaaay!). :))) The only thing that's making me feel a bit down is that some of my co-workers obviously have something against me.:( They're really cold and stuff, feel like not going to work at times.. Today none of them were at the same shift, though, so I had a blast.:) PS I've been staying away from the nuggets, whoop-whoop!!

Oh Blackie, i say you are off the wall busy!! Dont mind your co workers, they will come around after awhile. My sister didnt get on with any of her co workers for the first 2 months and a half, and now they are all practically best friends. So please hun dont be worrying.

Thanks?, I hope that's the case for me too.:) I sure wish that I'll never forget how it was to be just a trainee! I don't wanna treat anyone with an attitude that I'm better than them. Hopefully someone gives me a reminder of how it used to feel like, if I ever slip to that kinda behaviour. :eek:

Since I finally got to 155lbs (below 70kg) I decided to reward myself... with clothes, jewelry and make up! So I've been spending my paycheck I got on Friday all day long lol! I'm now officially not in debt to my parents, so I won't feel that bad about spending the money on myself. I think I've spent like 150€ today. Oh well, it's not like I'll do this with every paycheck I get! ...Right?

That being said I did feel super tempted to have some pizza yesterday. Really weird for me. But cos I've been a good girl I let that one go as well, and made myself a small low-carb pizza (had a total of ~30carbs). Now I'll be getting back on track again. :D Have a great day darlings.?

I bought two CS88 makeup palettes! (googled) I absolutely looooove them! I think I wouldn't survive without eyeshadows, so this was a must for me! There are still a few more 88 palettes for me to buy and I might get them after the next paycheck! Still waiting for the clothes etc to get here!

I'm 5'7", or 171cm. I've always thought I'm a bit too tall, and I've said my ideal height would be 165cm (5'5"). I've actually just recently become comfortable with my height, and realized it has its advantages. So in short, yes. :D Sometimes it gets a bit annoying to be the tallest one of the bunch, though, since all of my friends are 5'5" or less. Except for two of them who both are around 5'10.

I'm like on and off with my weight...i cant seem to gain (good thing) or loose past 175 lb..i've been there for months now. I think it might have to do with the lack of exercise...so i will need to get motivated to work out..gah

It's definitely a good thing that you haven't gained any either! My weight sometimes gets stuck too. My mom's dieting too, and her weight got stuck for over two months! Then it suddenly went down again, I'm sure it's the same for you! Just stay active & positive!

I don't have any really. :eek: I just wanna feel and look better. I don't want to look like anyone else, it's fine by me to be me lol. I've got this image of myself in my head, in which my hips are a bit smaller and my waist is more defined. A perfect hourglass, I'd say! Atm I'm a bit bottom heavy (aka pear), so I'm hoping I won't lose any more inches off my chest lol!!

Day 04 - Your greatest fears about weight loss.[/b]
Hmm. Well, since I've always been a bit chubby (not fat really, but a bit rounder than average) I'm afraid I won't be satisfied with the way I look after losing another 20lbs. That I'll get an eating disorder or something. Gladly my family supports me 100% and I can count on them to tell me when it's enough, but still!
 
Ooooh, my new clothes should get here any day now! I bought a pair of new pants, two sizes smaller than the pants I wear to work now! (PS. They're reaaally baggy, I hate the way I look in them lol.) I hope the new jeans fit, I'd be over the moon! ? That'd give me the extra boost to lose the rest of my extra weight!

Twin? Yeah, I really do fear the possibility of having an eating disorder. D: It'd be awful after working so hard to get to normal weight!

Like I said I've always been a bit chubby. If my weight had stayed at ~160lbs all this time, I might've not started dieting, but since it went all the way up to 180lbs it really kick-started the whole thing!
 
LOL! I hope so too! I just got a message they've sent them yesterday, so I'm expecting them to get here tomorrow. :)) Would be great to get back home after a long day at work and see how they fit! And thanks hun? Keep me posted on the job stuff, I wanna hear everything!

I've had these last two days off so I've tried to really pamper my feet. They're reaaally sore. You can tell I'm not used to standing for 8hrs straight lol. Tomorrow I'll get my next paycheck (MONEY, YAY) so I've already checked out the stuff I wanna buy, haha. I actually already ordered some more make-up (my friends think I'm absolutely nuts, I guess I am lol!) with the money that I managed to save up from the last check. :D

My period should start in the next couple of days so I've been craving for cream again......... Might have to make some today lol!

Hmm, not really. Or some, but it's usually something that isn't all that bad. I absolutely love whipped cream, so I'll just mix it up with something nice and that's my treat.? Cream has just about 3g of carbs per 100g, so I could eat a lot of it without feeling bad about myself. :) As you may know I also love McDo's nuggets (my twinie might know this lol!), but I've managed to control myself - I've only had 6 of them during the past six months, so I'm pretty proud! And actually they have like a bit less than 30g of carbs, so it could be much worse!

Anyways, I haven't eaten anything really bad for six months, like candy, cookies, bread... I've had treats but relatively healthy ones. :) Gotta love this low-carb diet?

They know and support me, especially my folks.?

None really. :D My job is pretty physical and since I'm not used to it, it gets exhausting at times = workout lol! I've actually noticed that my fitness level has gone up! I'm able to walk longer distances with a higher pace and I have biceps!! :D Exciting.
 
Had a great day today, all the nice people were in the same shift and I got to be in charge of the dining area: a more responsible task for the first time, yay! ?
I'll be taking my test for hygiene proficiency certificate tomorrow. Yikes, wish me luck guys!

PS. I asked for a pair of new pants at work. They're two sizes smaller than the previous ones and guess what: THEY FIT! Like a glove! I'm sooooo happy! I wore them to work today and they were perfect :)) The old ones were a size 32" and these are 30"! Maybe I'll fit into a size 28" in the next couple of months?! :)

Hmm, no. They seem honestly amazed about the fact that I've lost 20lbs and would afford to lose another 20. Then again we have a harsh sense of humor with some of my friends and tend to diss each other all the time - obv we aren't serious. But some of them might've had a bit of truth in their words, though they said they're just joking. P: I, on the other hand, commented about myself in a negative way every day.
 
Day 10 - What was the hardest thing you gave up during your weight loss journey?[/b]

Tough question! Well, back in the day when I severely lowered my carb intake I used to drink alcohol pretty much every weekend, sometimes both Friday and Saturday. I also had lots of candy, just on Fridays though *good girl lol*. In April I stopped drinking almost completely (max once a month) and stopped eating candy for good. Wasn't easy at all, especially the candy part, but I got used to it in a few weeks. :) Oh and in June I quit drinking completely. I had my first drink since the decision two weeks ago. I lost about 12lbs after quitting drinking, so it definitely was worth it! :D Though I'm not as strict about it anymore, I won't go back to the way it used to be.

Uhm, I don't know. :eek: What a lame answer right?! Lol.


Day 12 - What food plan do you normally follow each day?[/b]

Low-carb. I try to eat 20-40 grams of carbs a day. I've been on this 'diet' (more like a lifestyle, really) for so long, that I know which foods are the healthiest ones for me without checking how much carbs they contain. :)
 
I'm finally done struggling with my period cravings, so I'll be getting back to my more strict diet on Monday! I gained 2-3lbs during the last week, so gotta get rid of them first!
I got my new clothes last week, too! The new pants (30") fit, yay! I've already worn them a couple of times, I love them, although I'll love them even more after I lose a few more pounds. Then they'll fit like a glove.

Oh and I accidentally dropped my camera the day before yesterday, so I can't take any progress pictures. :( Sucks! Gotta buy a new one next week when I'll get the next paycheck.

Healthy, I think. I guess most people think Atkins and other carb diets aren't healthy, though.

Vegetarian. I don't know if it's helped as I've been a veggie for 10 years. :D Maybe it has, who knows!

Lol yeah that's a questions I get a lot! I actually eat fish, but not red meat or chicken ...except McDo's nuggets! I can't possibly live without them. :D They're the only nuggets I eat, wouldn't buy any from like the supermarket. I'm so weird lol!

Day 16 - When did you first decide to lose weight?[/b]

After I hit 180lbs, it was a horrible sight. :( All my clothes felt tight or didn't fit at all, and I wore just loose and long shirts that covered my tummy and thighs. I now notice how small amount of clothes I had to wear!
