bit of advise please

I'm 25

5'10 195lbs

I'm not looking to loose more weight (lost 35lbs of fat since Nov)

I'm just looking to build a bunch of muscle, later I'll worry myself with cutting and leaning up, right now I just want to get big.

I don't have a problem with eating 5-6 times a day, its finding enough variety of foods to eat

I don't like breakfast so right now my breakfast consists of a banana and a slim fast shake (just something in the stomach pretty much) I'm on a prescribed medicine right now that drastically reduced my appetite so I either won't eat untill later in the day or I will, it depends I almost have to psych myself up for it. I've been in the gym for about a month now, noticed some change on arms and shoulders but I think its what I lost when I was younger (before I started working at a desk)

I'm looking to supplement but I'm not sure with what, when I work out I can feel myself tire and I will lift until I can't anymore, but the next day I'm not sore, try and try as I might I won't be sore in the morning, and I don't **** out I'll lift until my arms feel like there falling off

any advise is good advise

You need to eat enough fruit and veggies plus make sure you have enough protein in your diet from chicken, fish etc or if needs be get some extra from shakes. It sounds like you are starving your body!

If you wanna build muscle by lifting, your body needs fuel.
